During community placement, our goal is to assure the successful integration of each individual into the community, as well as strengthen the vision of the parternship between developmental center staff, regional center staff, family members, and community care providers

 

 

Admission to the developmental center is the direct result of an assessment by the Regional Project after all other alternative living arrangements, services and supports have been exhausted. Regional Project will facilitate the admission, involving the family and the services coordinator in the process.
